When Interiors Incorporated takes responsibility for receiving your product, we oversee every item of furniture from the time it is loaded on the truck at the factory until it is received at its final destination. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your order.
We will determine a cost effective location to receive the product and stage it for an efficiently executed installation.
Upon arrival at the designated destination, all products will be uncartoned and carefully inspected for shipping damage, shortage and missing parts.
Delivery and Installation
Interiors Incorporated's experienced field support team will take the steps necessary to ensure that your furnishings are delivered safely and installed efficiently. Interiors Incorporated is a licensed California contractor (CSL number 660558).
Interiors Incorporated will inspect your building prior to delivery and installation to locate a convenient staging area and to identify and alleviate any potential problems.
A crew chief will be appointed to your installation to ensure efficient execution and adherence to the project schedule.
Post Installation Walk Through and Follow-Up
Following installation, a walk through will be conducted with you and/or your representative to identify problems and develop a furnishings punch list.
Once you have occupied your new space, your account representative will conduct an orientation for you and your employees on the features and care of your new furnishings.
Delivery and Installation Outside of Northern California
If your company is located outside of Northern California we will utilize our long established dealer network to make sure your furniture is delivered intact and on schedule.
